The BIM Accelerate™ Internship & Graduate Program seeks to attract motivated and enthusiastic final year physiotherapy students from all Australian Universities to join our growing and highly respected health group.
BIM Accelerate™ Internship Program
The BIM Accelerate Internship Program is an innovative mentoring program for physiotherapy students in the penultimate year of their study. It is aimed to introduce students to BIM and private practice and encourage participants to apply for our BIM Accelerate™ Graduate Program upon graduation. The program consists of:
• 4th year mentoring and clinical observation program• 4 hour fortnightly visits
• 3-6 month in duration
• Participation in BIM professional development
• Exposure to multiple BIM practices and clinical services
• Preparation for the BIM Accelerate™ Graduate Program
BIM Accelerate™ Graduate Program
The BIM Accelerate™ Graduate Program is a highly supported program for physiotherapy graduates entering the workforce for the first time. It is aimed to support and foster the clinical and professional development of the best physiotherapy graduates. The program consists of:
• Salaried 3 month induction
• Clinical mentoring program
• Fully subsidised leadership development course
• $1500 professional development scholarship (expensed over 2 years)
• Entry level to a 5 stage career path
• Attractive remuneration package
