Anthony Belcher
Anthony graduated from LaTrobe University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and immediately started work in private practice. In October 2005 Anthony bought a clinic in the country town of Ballan and ran the business for 2 years. Anthony came to BIM in 2007 and was attracted to the enthusiasm of everyone involved in the health group. Anthony is keen to continue developing the Sydenham clinic into an integral part of our local community.
Amy Dawes
Amy graduated from Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in 2006. Amy developed an interest in physiotherapy after multiple injuries as an elite athlete in her youth. Due to Amy's sporting career, she has a keen interest in sports injuries, this motivated her to join the team at Back In Motion in 2007. Amy has completed professional development courses in clinical pilates, pelvic dysfunction, dry needling and complex shoulder injuries.
Jacinta Gill
Jacinta has had a keen interest in physiotherapy since year 10 as a result of her own and her family’s involvement in sport and the subsequent experiences with injuries and rehabilitation. She studied at Charles Sturt University in Albury and has returned to Melbourne to pursue a career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with Back In Motion. Jacinta also has qualifications in massage therapy, fitness instruction and clinical pilates which compliment her physiotherapy skills. She has a passion for sports physiotherapy and women’s health and looks forward to developing her skills and knowledge in these areas. Jacinta is a keen St. Kilda supporter and loves Victorian’s passion for sport.
Edwin White
Edwin's interest in physiotherapy stems from a young age when his grandmother was rehabilitated to full independence from a severe fall. He graduated from The University of Melbourne and has a keen interest in musculoskeletal conditions as well as sporting injuries. He is very interested in combining neuromuscular facilitation principles to the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including the use of pilates to help recover from injury. Edwin is involved with sporting clubs in the local area as a way of contributing to the wider community.
Jennie Baker
Having a keen interest and background in Administration and Health, Jennie joined BIM in April 2007. Jennie enjoys working with the team at Sydenham and enjoys the challenges that come with her position. Aside from BIM Jennie enjoys spending time with family and friends and can't wait for her future travels overseas..especially Las Vegas!!!
Liana Cordell
Having a background in both exercise science and administration, Liana joined BIM in February 2010 to experience the clinical side of the health sector. Liana enjoys working with the team at Sydenham and enjoys the challenges that come with her position. Aside from BIM Liana is interested in sports and is a member of the Riddell's Creek Dancing School
Paula Rizzo
Paula has worked in the Health Industry as a Receptionist since February 2004, in this time she has enjoyed helping and caring for patients needs and also dealt with Creditors, Insurers, TAC etc With many years of experience has developed the skills of Payroll Officers, Administration Clerk, Debt Collection and MYOB. Paula's interests are catching up with family and friends and especially enjoys spending quality time with her two sons.
Annie Calder
Annie joined the practice in 2006 on a part time basis. Along with her job at Back In Motion Annie is kept busy at home raising 3 beautiful boys, however she loves spending time with her family and friends either going to the movies or dining out. |
