At Back In Motion Brighton Physiotherapy
You will notice something very different about us.
You’ll notice we love what we do.
From your first contact with our reception, visiting the clinic and chatting with the Physio’s at Back in Motion Brighton, you’ll see we absolutely love what we do. Helping you and making you happy is what makes us happy.
Solving your problem is what brings a smile to your face and to ours too.
You’ll notice quite a few things about us that will pleasantly surprise you.
- We will listen to you. Really listen.
- We’ll ask you lots of questions. We need to find out about you, about your problem and what is important to you.
- We’ll be very thorough. It is essential to getting to the cause of your problem.
- We will explain everything to you. We’ll make sure you understand the real causes of your problem in plain English and explain how we can solve it together.
- We will not keep you waiting. Everyone’s time is valuable so we pride ourselves on running to appointment times. Honestly, we run to time. And we will ask the same of you too. In fact we will even ask you to come in ten minutes before your first appointment to get all your important details so the physio can use all your consult time efficiently to solve your problem quicker.
- Your initial assessment is FREE at Back In Motion Brighton. That gives us a chance to assess your problem and explain if and how we can help you. If your problem requires referral to another health practitioner or specialist then that’s what we will do and your assessment is free of charge, but we will not abandon you. We will ensure you are referred to someone we trust with your care. We will also reserve the next appointment space for treatment to start immediately if you are happy for us to do so for the cost of a standard consultation. There is no obligation, if you wish to consider, it is up to you.
- For your peace of mind we “Guarantee” our services. If you’re not absolutely 100% thrilled with your experience with us we will give your money back and your next consult is free as well.
All sounds very different doesn’t it?
