It is exciting to see the transition from summer to winter sport and the hope of a full and uninterrupted winter season for everyone! There is a wealth of evidence on the benefits of specific exercise programs for these sports, and minimum requirements as well. The FIFA 11+ program and the Netball Knee program are used in elite sport to reduce the risk of knee injuries by up to 70% .
