Last week, we said farewell Katrina from our physio team as she embarks on a wonderful trip of a lifetime! Over the next 12-18 months, Katrina will be travelling, living, working and loving life in Europe on her bucket list trip. We are saddened to have to say goodbye for now, but we are thrilled for what she has in store. She has been a valuable member of the team and has been well loved by patients and staff alike. Katrina has been our cultural ambassador, organising staff events and happenings in clinic.

Katrina would love to come back to the clinic when she returns from her travels and we would love to welcome her back then, but for now sadly - it is Bon Voyage!

We all know that exercise is super important when it comes to a healthy lifestyle, but did you know that it is a key pillar in pregnancy and in cancer rehab and management?
