Keep SA Safe

Published: August 5, 2020

Your health matters to us, so we have implemented enhanced measures in our clinic to ensure that we are able to keep our doors open to help those in pain and in need of Physiotherapy treatment.

Our COVID-19 action plan includes:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitising measures will continue to be upheld throughout the clinic.
  • We are following SA Health guidelines regarding social distancing measures.
  • One-on-one and group clinical exercise sessions remain available. Our semi-private classes have a maximum of 4 clients per session so you can social distance while using the equipment.
  • For your safety and to help stop the spread of COVID-19, a temperature check will be required upon arrival if you're booked in for a class.

If you are experiencing or have experienced symptoms including a fever, cough, or sore throat within 14 days of your scheduled treatment, please advise our team prior to your appointment. The same applies if you have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus or suspect that you may have the virus. Stay Home!

What you can do to help us:

  • Please use the hand sanitiser on arrival and departure of the clinic. There are hand sanitisers located throughout the clinic for your use.
  • As we have limited space in our waiting area, we ask you DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This ensures yourself, fellow clients and our team can social distance at all times.
  • Please maintain 1.5m between other clients and staff; especially in the waiting area and paying for your treatment.
  • Consider purchasing a package to reduce the contact with front desk. Alternatively, we ask you to tap-and-go (paywave) to minimize contact with our admin team and the Eftpos machine.
  • Unless necessary, please DO NOT bring family members/friends into the clinic. As previously mentioned, our waiting area has limited space and our aim is to keep the number of people to a minimum at all times. *Please note, anyone under the age of 16, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for their full appointment.

Please rest assured that we are continuing to monitor this situation closely and maintaining communication with local and government authorities. Your health and our staff member's health is our highest priority. If you have any concerns, please speak to your physiotherapist or our support team.
