Our Practice

Who we are

We provide physiotherapy, massage, Clinical Exercise, and exercise and rehab to Melton and surrounding suburbs. We have one-on-one and semi-private classes and because our services are delivered by physiotherapists you can claim them on private health insurance with extras cover.

Why we're different

A "quick-fix" for your pain or injury might sound good, but over time is proven to be inconvenient, costly and ineffective in comparison to taking preventative measures. Our unique clinical approach, Results4Life, keeps you on track towards optimal lifelong physical health.

Our guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction and delivering the very best in physiotherapy care, customer service and outcomes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience at Back In Motion, we will refund your money on your last session and deliver your next session free.

Sheetal Naicker

Physiotherapist

Sheetal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, which she earned in 2017 in Fiji. Originally from Vanuatu, her passion for physiotherapy was inspired by witnessing her grandmother’s recovery from a frozen shoulder. This experience sparked a deep appreciation for the life-changing impact of physiotherapy in restoring mobility and independence.

With over four years of experience, Sheetal is committed to helping patients regain movement, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. She believes in a patient-centered approach, empowering individuals to achieve their health goals and live pain-free, independent lives.

Outside the clinic, Sheetal enjoys exploring scenic destinations with her husband, discovering new cuisines, and spending time with her beloved dog. She embraces every adventure—both in her professional journey and personal life.

Physiotherapist

Yaseer completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science. Throughout his studies, Yaseer gained valuable experience through hospital rotations across Victoria and Tasmania, where he contributed to the management of complex conditions. In addition, he worked in private practice settings and treated athletes as a massage therapist, further enriching his skillset.

Yaseer’s areas of interest are broad, spanning from sports injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation to the management of neck and back pain across all age groups. He adopts a calm, patient-driven approach to treatment, combining manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and clear communication to educate, treat, and empower his patients.

A former competitive basketball player, Yaseer played at the VIC Metro Championship level for the Under-18s Division 1 team. Having experienced injuries firsthand and benefited from physiotherapy during his recovery, he developed a deep passion for the field. He’s also coached basketball at a competitive level, continuing his connection to the sport.
