Changes to Semi-Private Pilates and Gym Rehab payment and attendance policy

To improve access to our Semi-Private Pilates and Gym Rehab sessions, which are in high demand in peak times, we have made the below changes to our payment options. These changes will take effect as of 1/7/21.

Pay As You Go – now only available for a New Client wishing to try 1-2 sessions before committing to a regular day and time for their Semi-Private sessions. From their third session onwards, all clients will need to either purchase a Package or go on Direct Debit. Sessions missed or late cancelled (within 24 hours) will still be charged.

Packages – 5 Packs are now 6 Packs (still with a 5% discount) and 10 Packs are now 12 Packs (still with a 10% discount). These changes bring our payment timeframes in line with our rehab timeframes. These packages need to be used within 6 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. If you need to go away, your Package can be “paused” for a minimum of 2 weeks with a request emailed to our clinic (hawthorn@backinmotion.com.au) at least 24 hours before the first session to be missed. If you cannot make one of your sessions, as long as 24 hours’ notice is given, a make-up session can be organised, or “banked” and used at any time within the timeframe of the Package. Unlike most Package systems, there is no maximum number of Make-Up sessions you can accrue and use.

Direct Debit – this remains our best value payment option with a $10 per session discount. As with Packages, your Direct Debit payment can be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks with a request emailed to our clinic (hawthorn@backinmotion.com.au) 24 hours before the first session to be missed. If you cannot make a single session, as long as 24 hours’ notice is given, a make-up session can be organised, or “banked” and used at any time within the timeframe of the Direct Debit plan. Unlike most Direct Debit systems, there is no maximum number of Make-Up sessions you can accrue and use.
