Inactivity is a leading cause of ill-health in our society - and unfortunately COVID-19 has made this worse.
Therefore we have launched online Pilates and Core Strength Classes for those who can't or don't want to leave their home.
For the flat fee of $46 per week, you can access and do as many Online Pilates and Core Classes as you like, supervised by one of our expert Physiotherapists. If you're unsure about whether online classes are worth it - we are providing your first week for free. There is no obligation to keep doing them or pay anything after this week.
During the class, you get a video to watch and follow, with one of our expert Physiotherapists guiding you along the way. They will correct your technique, modify exercises as necessary, and tend to your individual needs .

Just a quick note to say that I thought the online Pilates class was awesome!!
I found it more of a workout than the in person classes just due to the pace, and loved the efficiency of not having to travel.
I know it’s pretty exhausting doing Telehealth all the time so I hope it’s working for you guys as well!
Personally I’m quite excited at being able to do multiple classes a week, I feel like this lockdown will be the key to me finally getting onto of my rehab.

Hi Steph and Nathan,
The pilates class via zoom was so good, loved it! I needed an instructor because when I try and do things by myself at home, I'm definitely not pushing myself.
I also think it would be good to incorporate thera bands or foam rollers etc but I'm not sure if other people would have that equipment at home, so I completely understand if that's not possible.
I am more than happy to continue the online classes while we're in this weird world at the moment.

How does it work?
Above is a table with the days, times and Physios who are running the classes. Simply call our clinic on 9818 5454 with the times that will suit you and you will be sent Zoom details. If you haven't used Zoom before, it's quite easy to set up.
