Due to Stage 4 restrictions, we can no longer run our Clincal Exercise (Pilates and Gym Rehab) sessions on-site. But don't worry - we aren't going to leave you in the lurch. As of Tuesday the 11th of August, we are moving all of these sessions online. This means that your current booking - day and time - are still current.
All you need is some clear floorspace and your laptop or phone.
You'll receive an email from us with the relevant Zoom details to log in. If you don't want to exercise online, please keep your Zoom booking and log in to say Hi to your Physio anyway (of course there will be no charge if you're just having a chat). From there your Physio can work out how to best help you between now and September the 14th - when hopefully we are back to Stage 3 and can have you back in the clinic!
If you are on a package or direct debit, there will be no change to how you are billed - the only difference will be that your Physio will be on a screen, not standing in front of you. If you are used to pushing heavy weights - get ready for some Core and Body Weight exercise. Resistance bands, gym balls., and other equipment can be utilized too. Simply tell your Physio what you have and they can go from there .
