Physiotherapy Services at Lenah Valley Medical Centre

Published: April 13, 2026

Originally from Tasmania, Thomas brings a strong sporting background to his practice, having competed in cricket, hockey, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His passion for movement and performance has shaped his approach to physiotherapy, with a focus on helping patients recover from injury, improve function, and achieve their individual health goals.

Thomas completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science with Honours in 2017, followed by a Master of Physiotherapy in 2024 at the University of Tasmania. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, he built extensive experience in strength and conditioning, working with organisations such as the Tasmanian Institute of Sport, Kingborough Tigers Football Club, and Cricket Tasmania.

This diverse background allows Thomas to bring a well-rounded, performance-driven perspective to patient care—whether supporting athletes returning to sport or helping individuals improve their day-to-day movement and wellbeing.

Thomas is committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based treatment and is excited to be supporting the Lenah Valley community.

Appointments are now available on Wednesdays between 8:30am and 1:30pm at Lenah Valley Medical Centre.
