It's business as usual here at Back In Motion Malvern, despite everything going on, we are still open in order to keep you all fit, healthy and pain-free during this pandemic! With increased precautionary measures, including increased cleaning and sanitation measures, maintaining social distancing, as well as only running 1 on 1 pilates sessions in our gym.
Our in-practice services still available include Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and 1 on 1 Pilates sessions. However, if you can't make it in during our business hours (7:30am-8pm), are in an at-risk group, or you just don't feel comfortable coming in, we are also providing TeleHealth consults at a reduced rate; our physios can still make an assessment of your injury and provide you with advice on how to manage your injury whilst also providing detailed exercises to help you rehabilitate from home!
In addition to our in-practice services and TeleHealth, we are also running online Clinical Exercise classes via Zoom! Classes run on Monday & Wednesday at 9am and Monday & Thursday at 4pm and are priced at $20 per session. However, purchase a package of 5 for $85 (15% off) or a package of 10 for $100 (50% off!).
Our knowledgeable Physiotherapists will also be running a Webinar series on working from home, how to manage back pain/neck pain and return to running. Sessions run every Monday and Thursday evening at 7.30pm beginning Thursday 30th April!
