Update: From today we will be offering Telehealth consultations over video chat!
We can provide Clinical Exercise and Physiotherapy appointments through our Telehealth platform. Our physiotherapists can convert your Clinical Exercise program into a home program, supervise exercise therapy, provisionally diagnose your injuries and health concerns, give comprehensive advice, and educate you about self-treatment options. We will also be uploading Clinical Exercise videos very shortly to our social media platforms Instagram and Facebook to keep you updated with exercises and advice to keep you moving and feeling better in the comfort of your own home.

By now you are well aware of the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) across our country. The health and safety of our clients, staff and community is our number one priority. We are monitoring advice from the WHO, department of health, the Australian Physiotherapy Association and National Support Office daily. Currently we are taking all measures we can to continue providing service and operating as usual.
Due to the recent outbreak and increasing amount of cases, we would like to ask our patients:
- Anyone returning from overseas to call and re-book to 14 days.
- Please use the hand sanitiser at our front desks when attending our practice for consultations and group classes.

We have revised our practice cleaning regime in order that more stringent cleaning is conducted. Our staff will show you the new cleaning regime which involves disinfecting all gym and pilates equipment and all treatment room equipment. We have removed all treatment table sheets and resorting to “bed only” which provides a surface that can easily be maintained. Surfaces are being disinfected after each treatment.
Remember, please use strategies to help your personal hygiene and wash your hands regularly.
