We just wanted to write a quick note to advise that we will be understaffed for the next couple of weeks with respect to our admin and support team.
This may mean that there may be delays in returning messages or phone calls, periods where the admin desk is unattended and times in which physios may take payment, particularly private health insurance as to claim this on the spot,it is required on the day of service (otherwise payment can be done at another time, and you will have to claim rebates via your health fund directly).
We understand that this is an inconvenience, but we please ask for patience and we will get back you.
