Balance is super important. From the moment we are trying to establish that balance as a baby (even as early as rolling), it is key to how we move.
Unfortauntely, we don't really think about it after that fact until we don't have our balance any more. Falls are the leading cause of admission to nursing homes. The good news though is that it is definitely a case of move it - or lose it!

Studies have shown that foot exercises can help improve your balance! If you need some help improving your balance here are some ideas.
Examples of foot exercises may include:
1. Practicing making a dome with your foot
2. Spreading out your toes
3. Lifting up your toes
4. And of course, balancing helps your balance!
