**COVID-19 UPDATE**
This week the Australian Government announced ‘hot spot’ areas in ten post codes across Melbourne. This requires people in those suburbs to adhere to the strict regulations in an effort to keep us safe. We empathize with their position and are grateful for their social sacrifices.
These recommendations, whilst totally supported by us, do not currently apply to our clinic, suburb or council area. We continue to remain open as per our normal hours of operation are considered an essential service.
Here is the list of measures we continue to implement:
- In-car waiting for all patients
- Sanitization for patients and staff
- Your temperature will be taken prior to your appointment
- Linen is still absent from headrests
- Beds are wiped down after treatment
- Cough screen protection at reception
- You still have access to our surgical masks and we have a supply of N95 respirators
- Hospital grade disinfectant used after each contact of equipment and regular cleaning in clinic
We are fortunate our local area is going very well. This is an evolving situation and we will keep you updated. Our priority is to always ensure the health and safety of our amazing patients and team.
