The next 'Did you know…?' is all about feedback!
Each month, we send out survey's to new patients on their experiences in clinic. This isn't just lip service, but it is an integral part of our mentoring and staff management systems to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to get the best possible health outcomes for our patients. This information isn't just sent to an unmonitored inbox, but is sent goes to our clinic director to then work through with our staff. The director will also reply personally to each piece of feedback to ensure that nothing is missed and your boice is heard. Sometimes we even ask for more!
This doesn't have to apply to this new patient email - but it can also apply to every visit in clinic. If there is anything that you are not sure of, or you had a great experience - we want to hear about it!
