Did you know that we run 39 exercise classes a week?
This predominately involves physiotherapy led rehabilitation classes, however it also involves hyrotherapy classes, falls prevention classes, Mums and bubs classes, Exercise Physiology and Type 2 Diabetes Classes! This may be onsite in our gym, or offsite at other local gyms.
