New templates for newsletters!
Earlier this week many of our patients, both past and present, would have received a text message or email asking to update details. We received some enquires about this because it came from a different address and looked different. Our head office support team has been working with a new platform and so the templates and contact of some of these look different. This also went out on a different date than what was explained to us - so we very much apologise for any concern or inconvenience caused.
If you are unsure, never click on the links and always please call our clinic on 95801985 if you have any concerns. We will be able to look into it in further detail for you to ensure that it is safe and secure. Alternatively, if you did need to update details, you can call us and we can change details over the phone or in clinic.
On this note, the monthly newsletters will also have a different look from now on. We have moved from Mailchimp to Customology/Vector and so things may look a little different.
We are always looking for any feedback - so please let us know of any issues (positive or negative) and we will look into things. If there are issues with any head office activities such as emails or text messages, we will feed it back.
