Can you believe it! On to October! The change in season for many sports, as well as the time we get out and start running, cycling and getting into the garden! No matter what you do, take care and don't do more than what you are capable of. Progressing at 10% per week is a recommended way to reduce the risk of injury and ensure you can keep doing what you love! After over 10 years as a laboratory technician, Jess completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage with Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy. She is passionate about the human body and helping people. Jess is trained in a wide variety of massage techniques and uses these to cater to each individual and their wellness goal. These include different massage techniques, cupping and needling!
Jess will be available on Saturday’s and for those with appropriate private health insurance cover, you can claim back on the spot from your health fund!
Outside of work, Jess enjoys camping with her family and friends.

PLAN AND PREPARE FOR THE HEAT!
| With a hot summer predicted, extreme temperatures already in Sydney, and bushfires, we need to prepare and plan for the heat! This is important for all - from those with new borns, school kids, all workers (those working outside, but also those travelling to get to work) and the elderly. Think about what may happen in the event of blackouts. Do you have enough food or access to help to get food? Do you have people to check on you?
