MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR
We love helping you achieve your physical best and we would love to take this opportunity to thank you to everyone for supporting out clinic during the year. We hope that you have a fantastic and safe festive season and an amazing start to 2020!
During the Christmas and New Year period, we will be on hand to keep you healthy and take care of any niggles that you may have. Our trading hours over this time will be a little different, but we are open throughout the Christmas period except for the public holidays:
Monday 23rd December: 6.40am to 8pm
Tuesday 24th December: 6.40am to 5pm
Wednesday 25th December (Christmas): CLOSED
Thursday 26th December (Boxing Day): CLOSED
Friday 27th December: 6.40am to 8pm
Saturday 28th December: 8am to 1pm
Monday 30th December: 6.40am to 8pm
Tuesday 31st December: 6.40am to 4pm
Wednesday 1st January: CLOSED
Thursday 2nd January-onwards: 6.40am to 8pm

MOVEMBER UPDATE!
November saw Jack, Ash, Brodie and Brian tackle their Mo's for Movember in an attempt to raise awareness of men's health issues. A total of $470.45 was raised to go towards this great cause. Thank you to everyone who donated! If you wanted to check out the final Mo's - click here! |

ARCHIES AND ORTHOHEEL THONGS
We see a dramatic increase in foot, knee and hip pain at this time of year as many opt for thongs and sandals. Our Archies and Orthoheel thongs are fantastic options for those who experience foot, knee, hip or back pain and especially those who require an orthotic. The thongs look like Havaiana's but have an in-built orthotic which allows you to wear thongs in summer and reduce the risk of development of pain - including plantar fasciitis. IT'S WEDDING SEASON!
Brodie is next up to marry his beautiful fiance Mel in January! With Ash just tying the knot, there is plenty going on in clinic and we are thrilled for Brodie and Mel! They will also enjoy their honeymoon in Spain and Italy following the wedding! Congratulations once again to Brodie and Mel!!
