Please note that we are no longer able to offer Bulk Billed Medicare services to our patients.
The fee for treatment from a Senior Physiotherapist is $130.00 and from our Associate Physiotherapists is $115.00. New assessments (longer consultations) are charged at $130.00.
We are still able to lodge Patient claims for rebate of $60.35 directly with Medicare with a valid EPC/CDM plan. Rebates are returned straight to the patient that day via Medicare.

Why are we charging a Gap?
At the current rebate from Medicare, we can’t sustain ‘No Gap’ treatments. Furthermore, we would like to attract and retain high quality staff and services to deliver the best outcomes.
A reminder of the services we provide:
- Physiotherapy – sports, spinal and general injury
- Motor control rehabilitation for injuries including Clinical Pilates
- Remedial Massage
- Workplace Assessments
- Workcover, TAC and DVA (No gaps currently on these patient services, except for more than 7 months post injury for Workcover patients)
- Home Assessments
- Aged Care
