The states vaccination targets are within reach, with over 63% having 2 doses and nearly 90% having 1 dose. The City of Kingston also has very high vaccination rates and we are all ready to get back to some sort of 'normal' living!

Even though this is on sport, it is the same for everyone returning to activity - whether this is the gym, sport, running, walking - and even work! When you have an increase in activity levels, it is best to not progress too quickly to what you were doing. This exposes you to a higher risk of injury. So slow and steady wins the race!
