This note is just a head's up to inform everyone of our new booking system.
After a number of years using our Evo system, we have made the change to Nookal. You will notice some changes with this, primarily for online bookings. The screen and process is now different, but rest assured that it is all a part of this change. Likewise, text reminders will be sent automatically. This change has provided some challenges (as all changes do), and so if there are any issues at all, please let us know as we will pass on the feedback and try to optimise the system.
Currently, we are aware of some problems with the text reminder system, with some patients receiving reminders for St Helena's as well as Aspendale Gardens. This is known to the head office and they are looking into why this is occuring. Please note that if you receive the message for St Helena's - it is not at St Helena's (that is connected to a separate clinic in Eltham), but that is for our clinic at Aspendale Gardens. We are working with head office to also provide specific messages for our offsite services.
We apologise for any inconvenience or annoyance as a result of these changes. It has taken some time for us to get used to them as well - but we can see the benefits and positives this change will provide. Please bear with us as we get everything set up
