Winter is often a time to sit on the couch, snuggle up, eat and just get through until the weather fines up.

 

But we lose our routines, become weaker, our aches start to become prominent, we get sicknesses and illnesses and we put on weight. This pattern of behaviour causes more pain, longer rehabilitation and recovery from injury and ultimately can lead to chronic pain and long term issues. So how do we go about getting through the winter? What can we do to ensure that we don't fall into this cycle? The answer - lots!!

Embrace the snow!!
