About me:
I’m Jasmine, an Exercise Physiologist with a passion for using exercise to manage chronic conditions, support injury rehabilitation, and enhance overall quality of life. I discovered my interest in exercise physiology through my own rehabilitation experiences, as well as my love for sport and Pilates. After graduating with a degree in Exercise Physiology in Brisbane, I knew I wanted to help others improve their health and well-being through movement. I believe movement is for everyone, and my goal is to empower clients by educating them and providing tailored exercise programs to help them reach their personal goals. I take a client-centred, evidence-based approach, working with a wide range of individuals, from those managing chronic conditions to people aiming to improve their physical performance. I have a particular interest in chronic disease management, cancer rehabilitation, respiratory health and women’s health
