Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists (OT’s) focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling infants, children, adults, and the elderly to participate in everyday occupations of life that are important to them.
You may benefit from the help of an OT if you or your loved one has developmental delays, neurodivergence, disability, illness, trauma, pain, ageing, or a range of long-term conditions.
An OT looks at all the tasks you need or want to participate in and uses different techniques and equipment to help you keep, regain, or improve your independence.
