Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy – what is the difference?

An exercise physiologist will also have a strong focus on providing lifestyle education and behavioural modifications to promote overall health and wellbeing and to support the management of conditions such as diabetes, cardio- respiratory conditions and mental health.
