Back In Motion Eltham’s Mums & Bubs classes provide a safe environment and platform for getting back into exercise post-partum, whist addressing any ongoing issues commonly associated with pregnancy, delivery, and the post-partum period.
The classes are specifically designed to address your current needs, with each participate completing an individualised program, continually progressing towards their goals. This could include anything from improving ability to sit up after a Caesarean section to running a marathon.
You will enjoy a rewarding and fun environment while interacting with other mothers and their babies. As some exercises incorporate your bub, these classes provide a fantastic opportunity for them to play, interact and enhance their social skills. If you decide not to bring your bub every week, that is fine too!
Classes are run in our Pilates studio incorporating a mix of reformer, trapeze table and floor bases exercise. For those taking it to the next level, we include the use of resistance bands and weights.
