Here are some FAQs before your first visit!
Question: What do I bring?
Answer: You will need to bring along any scans, reports, referral/s or Medicare EPC you've been given for treatment.
Question: Do you have a cancellation policy?
Answer: Please note that we require SIX HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS, otherwise a fee will be charged. Call us ASAP on 9439 6776 if you need to change your appointment. You can view our Terms and Conditions here.
Question: Where do I park?
Answer: We are located at 1/256 Bolton St Eltham, near Autobarn (see Google Maps image below). You can drive straight in and look for our red signage and park right out the front, as seen below. If the carpark is full, there is available parking down the ramp next to our building and a ramp next to Autobarn.

Question: Do I need to fill out any forms prior to my appointment?
Answer: As a new patient to our clinic we have new patient forms that need to be completed, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to do so.
Question: What do I wear?
Answer: Please wear anything that you feel comfortable in, as you'll need to be able to do basic movements on your first visit so your clinician can assess and treat you effectively.
For example, if you have a shoulder injury, please have a singlet on; if you have a knee injury, please wear shorts.
Question: How much do I receive back from my Private Health Insurance Fund?
Answer: Each Private Health Insurance Fund differs - it depends on your level of coverage. We recommend giving you the code for your treatment to check with your health fund, if you'd like to know prior to attending your appointment.
Question: Do you accept Medicare referrals?
Answer: Yes, we accept Medicare referrals for both our Eltham and St Helena sites. However, we do not Bulk Bill under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan. Patients must pay for the appointment in full and then our admin team will process your rebate via Medicare, and rebate you at the Medicare rate. This should arrive within 48 hours to your nominated Medicare bank account. We offer a discounted rate for patients on an EPC plan at St Helena as well.
Question: Do I need a GP referral to see one of your clinicians?
Answer: No, you don’t need a GP referral to see any of our clinicians. However, we do accept GP referrals if you do have one before booking an appointment.
Question: I want to get started with the Onero program, what do I do?
Answer: First step is to call and book an initial consultation with one of our Onero accredited clinicians. If the program is deemed to be the correct path for you, you will enrol in our Onero Foundation Program, before starting your classes.
Question: What are the costs of the appointments?
Answer: We work on a tiered pricing system, and the cost of appointments varies. Please ask the friendly admin team when booking if you would like a break down of prices.
Question: Do you take Workcover or TAC cases?
Answer: Yes, we accept Workcover and TAC patients, however we are a private clinic and do not bulk bill for these appointments.
Question: What is the length of an in-rooms appointment?
Answer: All in rooms initial assessments are 40 minutes in length, which includes assessment and treatment.
All subsequent appointments are generally 20 minutes in length, however there are options for long appointments (30 mins) and extended appointments (40 mins or 60 mins), depending on an individual’s needs. Our unique clinical approach of Results4Life®, will also see you have a 40 minute in rooms appointment early in your treatment plan.
Question: What does an initial appointment involve?
Answer: All in rooms initial assessments are 40 minutes in length, which includes assessment and treatment. Please bring along any imaging reports, GP letters, scans etc that are applicable to your injury and consultation. The initial assessment will also assist your clinician in creating a plan and timeline for your injury. NB. Every consultation is different, therefore each approach by each clinician in our clinic will differ.
