This promotion entitles you to $20 off one standard or follow-up consultation at the clinic specified in the email or SMS you received. The following terms and conditions apply:

Eligibility & Redemption

- Offer valid for one-time use only per person.

- Applicable to standard or follow-up consultations only, where the fee is normally the standard price charged by the clinic.

- Please contact the clinic directly to confirm their standard/follow-up consultation fee.

- Offer is valid for 3 months from the date the email or SMS was received.

- Only redeemable at the clinic named in the email or SMS.

- You must quote “Birthday Offer” when booking and present the original SMS at reception to receive the discount.

Exclusions

- Not redeemable for products or other services.

- Not applicable to consultations covered by Medicare, TAC, Workcover, Veterans Affairs, NDIS, or any other third-party payer.

- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, package, or discount.

- Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Booking & Attendance

- Offer applies to appointments booked in advance only; walk-ins are not eligible.

- If the appointment is cancelled late or missed, the offer is forfeited.

Clinic Rights

- The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

- The clinic may refuse redemption if terms and conditions are not met.

Governing Law

- This promotion is governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the clinic is located.
