ARE YOU TRAINING TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY IN EVERY TRAINING SESSION?
HAVE YOU HIT A TRAINING PLATEAU?
Back In Motion Como can improve your performance with the use of VALD Force Plate Technology! This performance assessment tool can detect discrepancies in muscle symmetry, strength, and functional output.
This data combined with the knowledge of your Physiotherapist can not only aid in injury prevention but can also push your training to the top level!
With this information we can prescribe exercise programs, update existing programs, and provide specific feedback on exercise technique.
WHAT WILL I GET FROM THE ASSESSMENT?
The assessment will involve a short discussion with your Physiotherapist regarding your specific training progress, your current goals, training history and any other relevant information relevant to your current situation.
Following this, your Physiotherapist will guide you through a testing battery related to your situation. It is best to wear active wear for this part!
Once the assessment is complete your physiotherapist will guide you through the results and provide some information on the outcomes. They will then be able to generate an in-depth report that shows you raw data, comments on asymmetry and a comparison to normative data for your demographic.
This report will also include recommendations on modifications to training plans, exercises that will help you towards your goals and tips to help you train at your BEST!
