Meet Joanne Taylor

Joanne joins our Network Development team and brings more than 18 years' franchising experience within service-focused franchise systems including finance, accounting and retail. Joanne is a franchise specialist, bringing with her a diverse skill set including franchise coaching and business coaching. Joanne is based in Brisbane with a focus on supporting network growth in QLD, NSW and the ACT.

“One of the things I love about Franchising, is working with prospective franchisees assisting them with their due diligence to see if the Back In Motion franchise is the right opportunity for them.  For our franchise partnership to succeed, the buyer must be comfortable not only with the franchise model, but also with the culture, values, and goals of the franchisor and vice versa.

“At the Directors Conference this year, I was blown away by the strength of their comradery. I’ve never seen it that strong in other franchises. The amount that they genuinely help each other, particularly new members – it’s fantastic to see.”

“I love it when I can see franchisees finally get their lives back in balance, often after a decade or more of slaving away as an independent - without the support they’ve needed” said Joanne.

“The biggest satisfaction I’ve had is helping franchisees sell their businesses to the next generation, knowing that if I’d never brought them into the network, their retirement would not be as rosy, or possible that early.”
