Keep hitting your Rehabilitation Goals with our Clinical Exercise sessions 

We are currently offering one on one Clinical Exercise classes for the price of a group class, so why not pick up where you left off!

We are continuing to provide Clinical Exercise classes for rehabilitation and exercise throughout COVID-19 for our clients. Our classes have changed a little to ensure we comply with DHHS guidelines and for the health and safety of our clients and staff, we have implemented extra hygiene procedures and are have maximum of one person per class. These rehabilitation classes can either be provided at our practice itself supervised by a Physiotherapist, unsupervised, or via telehealth. Please contact us for more details. Extra precaution is taken over this time to ensure all equipment/surfaces touched are disinfected before and after your session.

Your Clinical Exercise programme is designed to target your individual needs. Whether you are getting pain working at home, have an old or existing injury that is causing you problems, having issues completing a task, or have a medical condition that requires regular exercise to help minimise its effects (stiffness, fatigue, pain, muscle atrophy, balance deficits), Clinical Exercise is for you. A thorough assessment is required to develop an initial individualised Clinical Exercise programme which will address your needs and start you on the road to recovery. This exercise programme is designed to be progressed overtime and as your body adapts to the exercise challenges, it needs to be continually updated to ensure you continue to improve and work towards your goals.

Here at Back In Motion, Melbourne On Collins we use a range of equipment for your Clinical Exercise programme and adjust it to suit your needs. This programme may target cardiovascular fitness, pain, flexibility, mobility, balance, stability and/or strength. We have a large variety of equipment including but not limited to: Smith Machine, Squat Rack, Weight lifting area, Cable Machine, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Pilates Reformers, Pilates Trap table, Pilates Wunderchair, Powerbands, Theraband loops and ribbon, Exercise ball, Foam rollers, Trigger Point balls, Treadmill and Exercycle.
