What is Clinical Exercise?
Clinical Exercise is functional, targeted, individualised rehabilitation with a focus on movement control. The principles were created by Joseph Clinical Exercise to rehabilitate injured patients in world war one, however the method has been adapted for rehabilitation and training since.
Clinical Exercise is a form of exercise that focuses on developing core strength, flexibility and control throughout normal movement to help both rehabilitate injury and also prevent injury. Clinical Exercise can be used as a way to improve and strengthen your posture, and progress your fitness either before or whilst returning to your gym or training routine.
