If you have a chronic or long-term condition, you may be eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). Your GP will assess your eligibility and determine whether physiotherapy is appropriate as part of your care plan.

Our GPCCMP Payment Options
We offer several payment options for eligible GPCCMP patients, depending on your physiotherapist and appointment location.
1. Bulk Billing – Brandon Park Medical Centre
Kaye offers bulk-billed physiotherapy appointments at Brandon Park Medical Centre every Wednesday for eligible patients.

2. $25 Gap Fee Option
Skye, Khea, Kaye and Kae offer physiotherapy for eligible GPCCMP patients with a $25 out-of-pocket gap fee per session.
3. Senior Physiotherapy – GPCCMP Payment Option
For eligible GPCCMP patients who choose to see a Senior Physiotherapist (Tristan, Karl or Dimmy):
- Initial appointment: $100 out-of-pocket gap fee
- Following appointments: $75 out-of-pocket gap fee
- A Senior Physiotherapist Surcharge is included in these fees.
