2014 ‘Most Inspiring Practice Director’ Award Announced at Annual Directors' Conference

Hobart Physiotherapists Peter Eckhardt and Debbie Crawford of Back In Motion Hobart on Murray and Back In Motion Rosny Park have been named Back In Motion Health Group’s Most Inspiring Practice Directors for 2014. The coveted national award was announced at the masquerade ball on the final night of the Annual National Directors’ Conference held on the Sunshine Coast last week.

Peter, former Olympian and Debbie, established sports physiotherapist were seeking a new challenge and subsequently joined Back In Motion in 2012 following 20 successful years owning and operating their independent physiotherapy practice Sports Care Physiotherapy on Murray Street, Hobart.

The award is a great achievement and Peter is extremely proud to be recognized by over 50 Practice Director peers across the Group and by the National Support Office team.

The Most Inspiring Practice Director Award is an annual awarded presented for excellence conveyed by the Director(s) who show exemplary actions in their role as Practice Director, are passionate about the Group’s Vision, accomplish outstanding achievements in their practice for the award calendar year and are respected as leaders amongst their national peer directorship.

Peter and Debbie’s Hobart on Murray practice was the first Back In Motion practice to open in Tasmania. After seeing such a positive response to their improved service offerings and experiencing great client outcomes with locals in the community, Peter and Debbie, along with two existing staff Belinda Jefferies and Evan Clayton recently opened a second practice in Rosny Park.
