Back In Motion Practice Induction Training

This week we welcomed three new practice directors and a practice principal to Back U – Back In Motion’s practice director and principal induction and training.

The Back U program is specifically tailored to fully educate and induct new directors and principals into the Back In Motion business model, providing them with a solid platform to launch and operate their practice.

National Support Office staff from a range of functions including Business Knowledge and Technology, Systems and People, Practice Support and Performance, Finance, Risk and Administration and Marketing, Communications and Public Relations presented to the new directors. They delivered both conceptual and practical content to the group.

The four day program finished with a lunch with existing and established director, Tom Hindhaugh of Back In Motion Bayswater followed by a tour of one of our newest practices, Back In Motion Rowville.
