What is Clinical Exercise 

Clinical Exercise is a rehabilitation form of physiotherapy treatment focusing on restoring normal movement, posture and muscle balances within the body. Our physiotherapists use clinical knowledge and will conduct a full body assessment. Based on the clinical assessment, we will adjust, modify, and specifically choose Clinical Exercise's that meet your individual needs, in order to promote healing, to prevent re-injury and improve overall mobility and function.

What the Clinical Exercise programs like?

At Back in Motion Clayton, we offer one-on-one sessions, semi-private group classes that offer tailored exercises for each individual ranging from 2-5 participants, and Clinical Exercise in Motion classes that range from 6-8 participants all conducted by experienced physiotherapists. In addition, we understand that times during pregnancy and after birth can be one of the most challenging stages of women’s lives, here we have designed classes that are specific for the needs of mothers-to-be, new mothers and their baby.

Initial Assessment is free here at Back in Motion Clayton. Clinical Exercise consultations and classes delivered by physiotherapists may also be private health fund rebatable.
