There's a difference between feeling ok and feeling well.
Many of us accept not being sick, to be 'wellness'. Enduring health is a lifelong pursuit, but it responds immediately to your positive daily decisions.
Jason shares why health is a journey, not a destination and how to stay healthy in the video below.
Back In Motion partners with Regal Sleep Solutions to present this health and wellness series linking to Back In Motion founder and physio, Jason T Smith's best-selling book, Get Yourself Back In Motion.

We have partnered with Regal Sleep Solutions to make sure we can bring you good quality information that helps benefit you in your every day life.
I want to share some insights with you about health being more than just a destination, it’s a journey.
Have you ever thought about the fact that your pain and symptoms are not the best indicator of your health? In fact the absence of pain and injury is a really poor definition.
We want to redefine what your health is about and we use the word wellness to help you understand that living at your physical best is really what we want to achieve.
More than 16million Australians are actually living with a chronic condition of some description, and that’s far too many. We’re living longer, but we’re not living better.
We need to all work better at making small decisions every day in the areas of physical activity, nutrition and our sleep, and various other postures so we can all start, not just longer, but living better.
I’m Jason T Smith, founder of Back In Motion Health Group and author of the book Get Yourself Back In Motion and we look forward to partner with you in getting better outcomes in your own health and wellness goals.
